Face Dance

Commissioned by Le Nouveau Relax in Chaumont as part of the Company’s residency, funded by the D.R.A.C. Grand Est (Regional Office of Cultural Affairs).

Similarly to the promotion of the show Ma vie est un clip, which examines dance as a need to escape one’s daily life, Danse de visages is a kaleidoscopic collection of dances focusing on expressiveness of the face and upper body. This collection, which was originally designed to go with the creation of a “Vidéomaton,” a video booth (the Videomaton on Tour project), soon had to be pursued on social networks instead, in order for it make progress in an alternative way during the first lockdown period.
